Home Story: 125 Casmar St SE Vienna VA
Living here has enriched our lives, and the experience has only improved with time! After 26 years of calling 125 Casmar Street home, we took a moment to express our gratitude to the original owners in a heartfelt thank-you note. It’s not just a house for us; this is the only home our children have known, and we have celebrated all their milestones here.
From our kitchen window we have a panoramic view of the vibrant neighborhood — neighbors walking their dogs, kids biking along the sidewalks, bird flitting about, and adorable woodland creatures casually strolling through our yard. The exterior living spaces we created brought immense joy, from cozy evenings around the solo stove to hosting lively parties, tending to our garden, and simply relishing the fresh air.
The Vienna Woods community is exceptional — offering small town charm yet so close to everything the DC metro area offers. Our kids have built strong connections — many through the excellent local sports leagues — and our neighbors have become lifelong friends. We enjoy walks around the neighborhood and bike rides along the WO&D trail which is just a quarter mile away. The Madison High School pyramid provides an excellent academic environment, and both Cunningham Park Elementary and Thoreau Middle School are within walking distance.
We will truly miss living here and hope the new owners will create their own remarkable experiences and enjoy living in this wonderful neighborhood.
